Under the umbrella of Prism Healing, I offer Art & Storytime, a soul-nourishing class that combines mindfulness, mythology, and expressive arts to help children of all ages grow into confident, emotionally aware individuals. Students gain foundational art and drawing skills, while exploring how color, story, and ancient wisdom can help us process emotion and find inner peace. We journey through world mythology, practice Buddhist mindfulness and meditation techniques, and draw inspiration from The Artist’s Way to silence our inner critic and embrace creativity as a lifelong friend.
