Our Tooele office is MOVING!

This Friday, March 7th, will be our last day seeing patients at our current office. We will be closed for one week to complete the move and prepare our new, temporary space. We will resume patient care on Monday, March 17th at the following location:

Our South Jordan location will be available for any emergencies for the week we are closed.

Our South Jordan Office will be closed from May 24th - June 6th for renovations. We will open back up at regular time on June 7th with a fresh, new look!
