Doctor Thomson and his daughter Megan were able to visit the beautiful people of Honduras with a group called Smiles for Central America. While there they had the opportunity to do some endodontic work on some wonderful people.

A recent survey was conducted by the American Association of Endodontists. The question was asked, "Which would Americans prefer, a root canal or the flu?" According to the survey, 78 percent of respondents expressed a preference for avoiding the flu over avoiding a root canal. The same number of respondents said they would rather avoid losing a permanent tooth, which a root canal treatment can help prevent.
