Se logro señores, se logro! 10 millas 💥 Listas!! Ya estamos a nadita de esa media maraton.

Que aprendi con este entrenamiento:

1. No es buena idea salir a correr a medio dia, incluso en otoño casi invierno.
2. Mi peor enemigo es compararme, incluso conmigo misma. Cuando pare los pensamientos de “debería estar corrieron a x paso, porque esto era lo que solía hacer” el entreno se volvió mas “facil”
3. Llorar ayuda.
4. Mi compañero de vida es el mejor te amo honi
5. Una red de apoyo es importante .es gracias ❤️🙏🏼
6. Aun cuando la cosa parece imposible de lograr, sigue. Tengo absolutamente todo para lograrlo.
7. Y si me tengo que devolver, tambien es valido, pero manana sin falta sigo.
