Congratulations!!!
We are so proud of both of these amazing ladies! Shae and Kate both graduated this week after 2 years of hard work and dedication, balancing full time work and school. Shae graduated in cosmetology and Kate is a master aesthetician.
We couldn't be more proud to have them as the strength and backbone of our office. Their futures in aesthetics and beauty are bright and lucky for us, they are just getting started!

Our Story

We are located in the Trail Crossing shopping center near Mountain View Corridor and 11800 South. We are excited to provide quality eye care and eye wear to those in the Daybreak, South Jordan, Herriman, Riverton Area.

​Dr. Jeff Simmons is the owner and optometrist of Copper View Eye Care. Dr. Simmons is a Salt Lake City native. He received his Bachelor's degree in Business from Utah State University, his Optometric Doctorate degree from Indiana University, and his Master of Business Administration degree from Western Governors University.
