With over 20 years in healthcare, I’ve learned that true healing doesn’t come from a one-size-fits-all approach. Every patient has a story, and understanding that story is just as important as reviewing labs or writing prescriptions.
Most recently, I worked in mental health, where I began noticing a pattern I couldn’t ignore. Many patients were being treated for depression, anxiety, fatigue, or sleep disturbances with medications yet when their hormones were evaluated and balanced, something remarkable often happened. Symptoms improved. Medications could sometimes be reduced or even discontinued. It felt like coming full circle addressing the root cause rather than just managing the symptoms.
That experience reshaped my approach to care.
Today, my passion lies in integrative, personalized medicine—taking the time to truly get to know my patients and create thoughtful, individualized care plans. I believe healthcare is not cookie-cutter. It is an art, not just a science, and it requires listening, curiosity, and partnership.
