Meet Lane! He is our January Everyday Hero! Lane began his journey with Brookdale South Bay as a part-time CNA. When a position opened in our maintenance department, he decided to give it a try, and try he did!! Lane has really grown in his role, not just with maintenance tasks but with developing amazing relationships with our residents and associates. He is an asset to us and is always willing to prioritize tasks to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Congrats Lane!!!
