🕯️ Thursdays at 7:30 PM with Zane

Yin is your invitation to pause the doing and drop into being. Through long, supported holds, this practice gently targets the deeper layers of the body—your fascia, joints, and connective tissue—while calming the nervous system.

What a gift it is to explore different styles of yoga within our sanctuary of space — to taste, to learn, and to grow together. Thelma led with beauty, grace, and a deep passion for the practice that was felt in every breath.

A sweet reminder that yoga is welcoming, inclusive, and truly for everyone. There is so much to love in every style — and so much transformation waiting within. ✨

ASHTANGA PRIMARY SERIES WORKSHOP FEB 8TH & 15TH:

Curious about Ashtanga yoga but not sure where to start? This workshop is a welcoming introduction to the foundational principles of the Ashtanga practice.

In this two hour session led by Thelma Rivera, we’ll explore the structure and purpose of the Ashtanga Primary Series, break down key postures (asanas), and introduce breathing techniques (pranayama). We’ll also dive into the concept of tristhana, the integration of breath, movement, and gaze and how it supports a focused and transformative practice.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or simply looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop will give you the tools and confidence to step onto your mat with intention, curiosity, and greater self-awareness.

Another meaningful Mindfulness Monday!

We began with 4-7-8 breathing to gently calm the nervous system and create space within. From there, we moved into mindfulness meditation—softening from beta brain waves (doing, controlling) into alpha, where ease and creativity arise, and theta, where the nervous system can deeply reset.

We closed with a forgiveness practice to open the heart, followed by loving-kindness Yoga Nidra:
May I be safe.
May I be happy.
May I be healthy.
May I be at peace.
Extending these wishes outward… to others, and to the universe. ✨

In our Evolve Hot 60 (Bikram-inspired) class, this posture challenges your focus, balance, and strength all at once. Balancing Stick strengthens the legs, hips, core, shoulders, and back while improving posture, coordination, and mental concentration. It builds determination, trains the nervous system, and teaches you how to stay steady under pressure—both on and off the mat.
