Why?

Because we are in a field of helping people we hear the health crisis folks go through and we can help make them feel better. 🌿

Please therapists, value yourself enough to be paid properly. If you don't know how to create this formula, here's a tip:

Cost of Rent + Utilities + gas + insurance + Booking Software + CC processing fees + monthly CEU= Your Overhead

From here, you will need to figure out what you pay yourself. Are you making $55 on that 60 min session or $90 on the 90 minute session?

**Then you must account for taxes and put that in a savings gs and pay it quarterly or which every schedule you fall under. Don't know? It's easly, simply look up the Pub. 15 on the IRS website.

Please take the time to take care of you as well. Stretch in the morning, throughout the day amd in the evening. You're only as good as the work youre able to our out. 🙌💪💆‍♀️
