We are thrilled to host our second 40 Hour Intro to Aerial Yoga Teacher Training at OMNI Tahoe in collaboration with

Led by professional aerialist Angela Smith, this immersive training blends yoga, acrobatic strength training, mobility, and functional flexibility, all supported by the aerial hammock.

Whether you are looking to teach or simply deepen your personal practice, this training will give you the tools to:

Confidently lead a safe and effective aerial hammock sequence

Properly set up and rig the apparatus with industry best practices

Offer clear cueing and thoughtful physical assists

Understand the anatomy behind each movement and muscle group

40 total hours including studio immersion, assisting, observation, and independent study.
