Is the volume on your TV getting a little louder these days? 👂

Struggling to follow conversations, asking people to repeat themselves often, or having trouble hearing in noisy places can all be signs it may be time for a hearing check.

Hearing loss can happen gradually, making it easy to miss the signs at first. Catching it early can help protect your hearing and overall quality of life.

If you think you may need a hearing check, talk to your primary care provider.

That lump or bulge you’ve been ignoring? It could be a hernia.

Hernias can cause a noticeable bulge, pressure, or discomfort in the abdomen or groin, especially with lifting, coughing, or straining. While symptoms may come and go, hernias typically don’t go away on their own.

Risk factors can include heavy lifting, chronic coughing, sports-related strain, previous surgery, and age. Early evaluation can help prevent complications.
