Beginning July 1, Barton Performance will introduce a single, streamlined membership designed to provide consistent access to training, recovery, and facility resources, whether you’re training for competition, building healthy habits, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to move and feel better.

Membership includes:
• Two professionally coached group sessions each weekday
• Open gym access
• Recovery tools
• Hot and cold plunge pool access

Meet Paul Kennedy, Barton Athletic Trainer at Douglas High School. A Certified Athletic Trainer since 2001, Paul brings over 20 years of experience supporting athlete health, recovery, and performance.

His dedication on and off the field helps student-athletes stay strong all season long.
