Keep Your Mobility Gains Going đź’Ş

Even if you haven’t joined our challenge or any program, you can still improve and maintain your mobility with a few simple habits:

Foam Roll Weekly – 5–10 min, 1–2x/week. Target tight areas like hips, back, shoulders, and calves.

Stretch Daily – A few minutes for major joints and muscles keeps your range of motion and makes movement easier.

Keep Up Your Routine – 10–20 min of any mobility, strength, or movement practice you enjoy. Consistency keeps your gains.

Tips for Success – Schedule your sessions, keep it consistent, listen to your body, and track progress.
