The Studio Lake Tahoe Welcome to The Studio, South Lake Tahoe, California’s most dynamic studio for Ayurveda, Movement, Min in downtown Meyers, “the roots” of South Lake Tahoe.

The Studio was created to increase the awareness about health and well-being in our community through the element of movement. You can walk, bike or ski to our yoga and Pilates studio at 1089 Magua St. We specialize in several types of yoga, including hot yoga, yin yoga, Unnata Aerial Yoga and kid yoga. We are a fully equipped Pilates and Artform studio with the finest equipment from around the world to accommodate your structural and fitness needs. We offer monthly educational workshops to enhance your knowledge about your body and how it can move more efficiently. And, best of all, our instructors are educated, compassionate and flat-out awesome. To get you started, we are offering $100 30 day unlimited yoga and Pilates classes, Pilates Reformer Classes and Aerial Hammock 101.
