On August 23, 2025, Dr. Dave had an amazing race at the Lake Tahoe Sprint Triathlon, taking 2nd place in his age group. Running, biking, and swimming all the way to the podium is a great achievement and a testament to his health and dedication to staying young at heart! 😎

Well, summer is here, and so are the birds! We have a stellar nest in the outside rafters. This little one has flown the coop without fully being able to fly, so it's just hopping around! Mama bird is squawking and sometimes dive bombing to help, so please be aware where you step! 🧐🐦🤗 We did make a call and they said mama would keep an eye and keep feeding her baby, which she is!
