We would like to extend a warm welcome to Christopher Croucher! The newest member of the Praise Wellness team! 💜🩵

Christopher will be covering this Tuesdays classes - Soul Basic Yoga (5:30-6:15 pm) and Soul Mediation (7-8 pm)

Christopher is a creative and deeply spiritual individual dedicated to opening pathways for clients to find their personal connection to the magic of the world. Over twenty-five years of study and experience as a spiritual practitioner, fifteen years of experience as a choreographer and dancer, and nearly a decade of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Christopher will be popping up on the schedule from now until the end of year and then will be consistently on the schedule at the start of the year teaching Soul Movement and Meditation!

Soul Movement and Meditation is a full-body movement class that awakens us to the connection with the Self that often gets thrown off and suppressed by daily life. In this class you will be guided through a practice of intuitive movement that builds strength, proprioception, and balance centered in a deep sense of body awareness and awareness of our relationship to the space around us.
All movements and practices are scalable and can be tailored to individual needs. You can even sit in a chair.
