Some providers of electron beam crosslinking have emitters with limited control. Often times, this lack of control can lead to waste of product. At E-BEAM Services, we've developed technology to calibrate our machinery so that there is neglible waste. Do you think you know about electron beam sterilization? It's a sterilization process that can replace EtO sterilization of products like surgical gowns, while saving money at the same time. There are numerous misconceptions about electron beam sterilization and in our first volume of Inside the Beam, we're here to clear the air.

Through controlled dosages, electron beams will inactivate microorganisms in seconds with minimal impact to your product. Truckloads of material can be sterilized —even in sealed, non-porous packaging—in hours, without the need for quarantine. No radiation, toxicity, and very little environmental impact. Validation is consistent with ANSI/AAMI/ISO guidelines, FDA Standards, and GMP Compliance.
