From Day ONE of starting my business, this has been my mission. To help women (& sometimes men) have control of their weight and body composition, which includes building/maintaining muscle mass, and managing their body fat %.

People don't know that some of us are out here doing this right. But here we are. This is not new. This is not news. I've been a fitness coach since 2017, and a nurse since 1995 (NP since 2008). I know what it takes to achieve a healthy body, from a medical perspective, and at the gym. This is why I went into this in the first place.
