Back in the day when I worked in cardiology "normal" blood pressure numbers and cholesterol numbers were VERY different than they are today.
(Who created the "normal" values anyway? There's an interesting story behind that.)
As we age, blood pressure will begin rise. It takes a little more work to get the blood to where it needs to be.
If your pressure is rising ABOVE what the age related graphic shows, that may indicate a need for some extra support with kidneys and minerals. (the kidneys are largely responsible for your blood pressure anyway. This is because sodium and potassium become imbalanced.)
Creating a scare tactic of age related rising blood pressure has made the harmyousuitical industry a LOT of profits and leaves a lot of aging folks feeling pretty lousy. Low blood pressure creates brain fog, memory issues, weakness, fatigue, muscle cramps, no motivation, depression, indifference, dizziness, blurred vision and fainting.
Have you been told you have high blood pressure?
(I am NOT referring to very high blood pressure....this is POSITIVELY a NEED for mineral balancing.)
