Are you an independent Massage Whiz with a passion for helping people? On delivering consistent quality service to your clients? Do you thrive on having your own business and running your practice on your terms?
Along the way there were challenges. I also met other LMT’s with similar aspirations who also experienced many of the same challenges. Finding and supplying the office space, getting all the right licenses, marketing, getting clients, networking, continuing education, being consistent and keeping it all going… it’s not easy.
I can help you make it a little easier. My name is Robert. Massage Whiz LLC is my company located in the heart of South Miami.
Massage Whiz LLC is a place for massage therapists who need a “home” for their independent practice. It was made by and for massage therapists who have aspirations to achieve great things.
I am extending an invitation to a few select qualified LMT’s who are passionate about the work of massage therapy, have their own independent practice, and are looking for an office space subleasing opportunity to settle into and grow their practice. The space can be rented by appointment or by 8-hour time blocks.
I will do much of the heavy lifting so that you can focus more of your time on being the best massage therapist you can be. Massage Whiz LLC will provide a fully equipped and supplied massage treatment room along with the massage establishment license.
Massage equipment and supplies including but not limited to:
massage table
bolsters and cushions
foam roller
stretching rope
therapist stool
massage pressure tools
massage sheets (and we take care of the laundry)
oil, lotion, and/or creme (though you may use your own preferred lubricant product if you like)
disposable face cradle covers
cleaning and disinfecting agents
paper towels
disposable nitrile exam gloves
facial tissues
As an added benefit for the LMT sublessor, Massage Whiz can offer you new client referrals from our own advertising program along with access to our Massage Book online scheduling platform to help promote your practice. We are also developing a training program to help you improve the skill of customer service, develop an understanding of massage as a business, improve marketing and sales skills, and provide a bit of inspiration and motivation. This project compiles the successful works from experienced therapists, and advice from professionals in human relations so that you can grow professionally as quickly as possible.
What we are looking for in a subleasing candidate:
Florida Licensed Massage Therapists with 5 years experience
Orientation towards clinical forms of massage and bodywork treatments (e.g. neuromuscular/trigger point therapy, orthopedic massage, myofascial release, myoskeletal alignment, Active Isolated Stretching, etc)
You are a lifelong learner, self starter, and self motivated practitioner with a passion for massage therapy and a strong desire to succeed in your own business
