SEPTAL RESET TECHNIQUE RESULTS ✅

Our lovely patient (44 years old) wanted to address signs of aging around the eyes. I performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty using the septal reset technique, which repositions and tightens the orbital septum and underlying fat pads to rejuvenate the lower eyelid-cheek junction. This procedure was combined with LipoCube fat grafting to the under-eye area for a more youthful and refreshed appearance. The fat used was harvested through liposuction to the love handles.

She’s 3 months post-op and already looks fantastic! Comment this emoji ❤️ if you love the results.

RESULTADOS DE LA TÉCNICA DE SEPTAL RESET ✅

Nuestra encantadora paciente (44 años) quería tratar los signos de envejecimiento alrededor de los ojos. Le realicé una blefaroplastia superior e inferior utilizando la técnica de septal reset, la cual reposiciona y tensa el tabique orbitario y las bolsas de grasa subyacentes para rejuvenecer la transición entre el párpado inferior y la mejilla. Este procedimiento se combinó con injertos de grasa LipoCube en la zona de las ojeras para lograr una apariencia más juvenil y fresca. La grasa utilizada fue extraída mediante una liposucción en los flancos/revolveras.
