🌿 Summer is a beautiful time to slow down and reconnect—inside and out.
I’m offering two nourishing spaces this season—one for the kids, and one just for the grown-ups.
✨ Mindful Explorers
For kids ages 6–10
🗓️ Meets once a month starting June 12
This playful class helps kids connect with their breath, learn ways to calm big feelings, and explore mindfulness in a way that feels fun and natural. We’ll move, breathe, get curious, and discover just how powerful our presence can be.
🌊 Still Waters
A weekly group for women
🗓️ Wednesdays, June 11 – July 2
Still Waters is a space to just be. To breathe. To rest. To come home to yourself. Each week we’ll gather for breathwork, gentle reflection, and grounding practices that help quiet the noise and support whatever season of life you’re in.
💫 Spots are limited, and these small group settings are meant to feel personal and supportive.
