We’re grateful to be in relationship with other women-owned businesses who lead with intention and care. One of those partners is Alyson from Solskin Wellness. Her mat sprays will be part of our everyday practice space, and we’ll also have them available for you to take home.

Ashley is creating a custom scent just for our studio — something that reflects the feeling of this place and the way we move, breathe, and arrive here. It’s a small detail, but it’s part of how we tend to the experience.

We’re looking forward to offering something that’s been made with thought, relationship, and heart.

We’ve reached a pause point with our HVAC system while we wait for the state to approve the submitted plans. Each day we’re listening for that green light, and until it comes, we’re in a gentle holding pattern.

For anyone who has purchased a monthly or yearly unlimited, please know that your start date is being moved back in the system so you won’t lose any of the time you’ve invested.
