Form + Function: Organizing the Body with Katonah Yoga 🌀 Feb 14, 1-3pm

It is through the lens of the body that we perceive and make sense of the world. More than flesh and bones, the body houses the spirit and is the vehicle through which we move through our lives. How we inhabit our physical abode influences our connection to self, to others, and to the world around us. Practice places you in the center— of your body, of your circumstances, of the joy that is available in the moment.

Join me for a playful exploration into these themes and theories of Katonah yoga® that have revolutionized the ways I not only practice and teach, but show up to all life has to offer. Developed by Nevine Michaan, Katonah is rooted in Hatha yoga, Taoism, sacred geometry, and the use of metaphorical language to engage the imagination within the body and breath to soothe the mind and nourish the spirit.

Where yoga offers a path towards more conscious, connected, curious, and creative living, practice becomes a chance for us to recognize our unconscious patterns of doing and being and experience ourselves differently. From that awareness, we are empowered to become our own agent of change and open ourselves up to greater potential, presence, and ease.

Join us on retreat to Tuscany next year!✨🇮🇹🤌🏼

I am incredibly thrilled to announce that my dear friend and I are hosting an early autumn yoga retreat in the Italian countryside. We’ll spend 6 nights at the dreamiest 12th-century restored farmhouse nestled between Siena and Florence. In addition to daily yoga practice in the rustically-arched shala, we’ll feast on robust farm-to-table cuisine, take dips in nearby rivers, hike through olive groves, learn the art of Tuscan cooking, and of course, rest and relax.

Anyone and everyone is welcome, regardless of yoga experience. Come solo or with a loved one, either way we’ll be familia by the end!

Check out the link in my bio for more details, and please reach out to either of us with any questions ~

Space is limited and early bird ends 1st of April • use KMEARLYBIRD to save 250€ • can’t wait!!

Hearing my clients express how our sessions help them evolve into better versions of themselves, or get through challenging times, or provide a safe container to feel seen and guided and held, or breakthrough to new levels of their own potential… it makes every moment I’ve spent doubting this unusual career path of mine utterly worth it (there’ve been A LOT 😅).

Private sessions with me focus on more than the physical practice of yoga. We take time to check in, establish awareness of your energy, where you may be holding on to tension, and what needs attention. Mini meditations sprinkled throughout to notice thought patterns and come back to truth. We breathe, we move, we explore. We embody, and most importantly, we evolve.

Seeking 2 more private clients for weekly sessions, virtual or in-person. First session is 50% off and will include a full consultation to meet you and your practice right where you are. Send me a DM for pricing and booking ✨

Who Am I?

Welcome to The HYE Life! I’m Meredith, a holistic wellness guide working remotely from all around the world to educate and enlighten others toward achieving greater levels of health and wellbeing. Through diet, exercise, lifestyle tweaks, and shifts in mindset, I’ll help you to not only get well and feel your best, but to cultivate a deeper connection to your intuitive self, and lead a more mindful life.

While living in NYC, where I moved right after college to pursue fashion, I knew there was more to life than sitting in an office building and laboring over tasks that didn’t fulfill me or give my life meaning and purpose.

There had to be a way that I could do work that I genuinely loved, that I was good at, and that would help others.

From growing up with various health issues that left me super tuned in to my body, I had an undying curiosity for holistic, naturopathic health. So, I invested in my goals and enrolled at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, started a blog, and set out to became a part-time health coach. But that’s just the start.
