Take a journey into the light at the end of the tunnel.
In a safe space with supportive, understanding co-travelers - and plenty of grace and autonomy over your process - we will learn what trauma really is, and the science and physiology of how it stays in the body and causes mental, emotional and physical issues, including chronic pain and illness.
We will gently explore meditation, breathing, and visualization techniques that help us identify and tap into the areas of our bodies holding trauma. Restorative yoga poses allow us to begin moving energy and relaxing our nervous systems.
JOIN US! And start to unravel the energy that has had you bound to chronic conditions, exhaustion, depression, anxiety, and self-doubt.
There will be opportunities to share, but you will not be required to talk about your own experiences, or do anything that doesn’t feel right. We don’t even have to know what caused our trauma in order to heal it. This workshop is confidential, trauma-informed, and trauma-sensitive, and your participation is guided by you.
