Teaching the Power Position for Ricochet Clean and Sn**ch in 90 seconds

I break down the critical power position technique for both the ricochet clean and ricochet sn**ch. We discuss proper shoulder alignment with the knee, the importance of maintaining a bent knee while creating space, and the correct rolling motion. I also cover the key differences between the clean and sn**ch grips, and demonstrate the active shoulder positioning and head rotation needed for a solid overhead position.

Why Scrolling is Hurting You: Choose Reading Instead

I talk about how mindless scrolling on your phone for hours is harmful, especially for those struggling with anxiety. I explain why reading—whether through a Kindle app or physical books—is a much better alternative. Reading provides a sense of accomplishment and engages your brain, while scrolling only chases dopamine hits without any real benefit. I encourage you to prioritize reading as a way to build mental strength, learn new concepts and vocabulary, and actually feel good about how you spend your time.

Although it is marketed as a reunion, this is open to everyone! We had a great turnout last year and want to keep it rolling. Thank you to everyone who has contributed or participated in what we have going on, we’ve been able to help a lot of people and have built something pretty special.
