What is third-party reproduction? 🤔

It's a phrase that is used frequently in the fertility space, but not everyone understands what it means.

Third-party reproduction refers to the use of someone other than the intended parent(s) to help achieve pregnancy.

This can involve donor s***m, donor eggs, donor embryos, or a gestational carrier (surrogate). It’s an important family-building option for individuals and couples facing infertility, same-sex couples, or those with genetic concerns.
