Looking for a fresh, flavorful dish that supports brain health? This Mediterranean Pasta Salad is packed with wholesome ingredients and vibrant colors - perfect for older adults seeking a tasty, easy-to-eat meal that nourishes both body and mind!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients:
⚪ 8 oz fusilli pasta (or any short, textured pasta)
⚪ 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
⚪ 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
⚪ ½ cup cucumber, diced
⚪ ¼ cup black olives, sliced
⚪ ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
⚪ 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
⚪ 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
⚪ 1 tsp dried oregano
⚪ Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and toss to coat with the dressing.
4️⃣ Add spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta cheese.
5️⃣ Gently toss until all ingredients are well combined.
6️⃣ Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

We’re celebrating in true pioneer spirit—with good food, great company, and plenty of fun! Today’s BBQ is packed with deliciousness: pulled chicken, brats, potato salad, baked beans, chips, and soda. And of course… three kinds of pie (cherry, apple, and peach) served with ice cream! 🥧🍦 Popcorn, snow-cones, cookies and other sweet treats. 🍪🍧🍬

We’ve got live music, a festive photo booth, exciting raffle prizes, and games to keep the good times rolling.

Bursting with vibrant flavor, this Berry Bliss Spritzer is a refreshing way to stay hydrated and enjoy a touch of natural sweetness. Light, fruity, and easy to make, it’s the perfect pick-me-up for any time of day.

Berry Bliss Spritzer
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients:
🟣 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
🟣 1 cup sparkling water
🟣 1 tablespoon lemon juice
🟣 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
🟣 Ice cubes
🟣 Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish
