Through 𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐦𝐚-𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, and 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝, men find a safe space to open up, build accountability, and reclaim their lives.

We are excited to welcome Stephanie Martinez as our new 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 at Origins Texas Recovery and Cypress Lake Recovery, serving the North Texas area!

Stephanie began her work in the recovery field in 2017, inspired by her own personal journey. Over the years, she has provided direct client care, developed impactful programs, and spearheaded community outreach initiatives - always with a focus on connecting individuals to the care they deserve.

Having experienced firsthand the challenges of accessing care, Stephanie brings a deep respect for the work that goes into connecting individuals with the right resources and support.

𝗔𝗻𝘅𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 - 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆.

Instead of obvious worry or panic, it can look like irritability, withdrawal, difficulty sleeping, or relying on substances to cope. And because of long-standing social expectations, many men are less likely to talk about what they’re experiencing or seek help.

At Origins, we recognize that anxiety doesn’t fit a one-size-fits-all model. Our programs are designed to meet men where they are - with compassion, expertise, and a trauma-informed approach to long-term healing.
