No inversions, but great upavista konasanas, natarajasanas, ardha chondrasanas and postures that you always wanted to perfect without falling down, totally supported. Everyone will be able to do everything, no fear, no stress. Walls and ropes and chairs which support you, not scare you. Just this week. Easy peasy yoga with support. Available to all and your grandma, who will probably kick your ass because she will catch on to how’s easy it is and you’ll still be worried it’s to hard.
