In December, we were honored to host a wreath ceremony by the Maine Department of Corrections, who also brought their comfort dogs. Our residents greatly enjoyed the visit and time with the therapy pups. Thank you for bringing this presentation to our Home! 🎄 🐾

🎃🚗🍬 A huge thank you to our amazing community for coming out to celebrate Trunk-or-Treat with us! Your costumes, creativity, and kindness made the evening truly magical.

We’re also incredibly grateful to everyone who decorated a trunk, handed out treats, dressed up, volunteered, and helped make this event so much fun for our residents and families.

We’d like to extend a huge thank you to Ethan McAllister and his Boy Scout troop for their incredible work refurbishing our gazebo and building several new birdhouses! 🐦

Ethan completed this project as part of his Eagle Scout requirements, giving our outdoor space some much-needed TLC. We had the pleasure of meeting with Ethan and his parents, Kevin and Sarah, to thank them in person and capture a few photos of their great work.

This project holds special meaning for their family — Ethan’s grandmother recently stayed with us for skilled care and was part of our 30th Anniversary Celebration, and his maternal grandparents were residents here in years past. The McAllister family has a long and caring connection with our South Paris Home, and we’re deeply grateful for their continued kindness and support.

👏 Thank you, Ethan, for your hard work and community spirit!

🎃👻 Help us get ready for our annual Trunk or Treat! Our friendly Candy Monster is out and ready to be fed — and he’s got quite an appetite! 🧟‍♂️🍭

We’re collecting candy donations now through October 30 to make sure our residents, staff, and community guests have plenty of treats for the big event.
