🎉 Happy Long-Term Care Administrators Week!

Today we’re proud to recognize our Administrator, Leslie Pelletier.

Leslie joined us in 2013 as Rehab Manager at the Augusta Home, where she made a lasting impact through her leadership, dedication, and commitment to resident care. In 2025, she completed the Administrator in Training program and stepped into the Administrator role here at our South Paris Home in August of last year.

Leslie is known for her “get it done” attitude. She leads with empathy while also bringing a practical, no-nonsense approach that keeps things moving forward. Her ability to balance compassion with clear direction helps create a strong, supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Long-term care administrators carry a wide range of responsibilities, often working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly for residents, families, and staff. From navigating regulations and operational challenges to supporting employees and shaping culture, their leadership plays a critical role in enabling the best possible care outcomes.

Our residents had a fantastic time at this Maine Mariners Hockey game a few weeks ago! Outings like this help us enjoy the long winter months. It was awesome! 💚

Our Activities Department is incredibly grateful to the Masons for their generous donation, which will make it possible to purchase a LUCYNT Magic Table for our residents.

This innovative interactive table will provide engaging activities, cognitive stimulation, and FUN!

🎉 Congratulations to Evan Bato-On on an incredible achievement!

Evan joined our team in January 2024 as a per diem Housekeeper, transitioned to full-time in June 2024, and has now successfully completed his CNA training through Oxford Community Adult Ed. As of January 2026, Evan is officially a full-time CNA!

We are so proud of his hard work, dedication, and commitment to growing his career while continuing to provide outstanding care to our residents. This is an exciting milestone, and we can’t wait to see all the great things ahead for him. Way to go, Evan! 👏💙

⚓️ We enjoyed a special evening in December, celebrating the Marine Corps 250th Anniversary! We were honored to attend this celebration, where our Activities Department received a generous donation in support of the programs and experiences we provide for our residents.

In December, we were honored to host a wreath ceremony by the Maine Department of Corrections, who also brought their comfort dogs. Our residents greatly enjoyed the visit and time with the therapy pups. Thank you for bringing this presentation to our Home! 🎄 🐾

🎃🚗🍬 A huge thank you to our amazing community for coming out to celebrate Trunk-or-Treat with us! Your costumes, creativity, and kindness made the evening truly magical.

We’re also incredibly grateful to everyone who decorated a trunk, handed out treats, dressed up, volunteered, and helped make this event so much fun for our residents and families.
