And the weight of the world is
weighing you down ..
find a quiet space outside
where you can just simply
discard all the unnecessary
burdens and worries.
Somewhere that you
can become connected
to your natural state of being
once again .

Exercise Imagination
Indulge in fascination
and reignite inspiration .

Notice your state of mind
shift from dull and weary
to light and energised.

Hold onto those feelings
For they are your natural state.
Take time to immerse yourself
in the beauty of nature's serenity.

Nature is always busy
transitioning and creating
But there is no chaos with her.
She simply does everything
with grace,
and in her own time .
So be inspired by her ...
Take a leaf out of her book.
