Thank you to Giant Oaks Winery for hosting a wine and cheese pairing night at Mount Vernon in our newly renovated Memory Care area! Opening December 1!

Located in Finleyville, Lou and Linda have a wonderful location with lovely wines created from vines imported from all over the world. Tonight they spoke about how they make their wines, the science behind a well-made pair, and had everyone had fun sipping on their delectable creations.

It was the perfect way to find a new wine to serve at next week's Thanksgiving dinner! Thank you to all who attended!

We were blessed with beautiful weather, a wonderful turnout from the community and the most fantastic team who made it all happen. We are excited for all the great things to come!

Thanks to the Broughton Volunteer fire department for volunteering to string our new flagpole rope so we can raise our American flag at our Grand ReOpening on Saturday October 4 from 12p-3p.

Last night we hosted Gallagher Hospice for a discussion on dementia and care for the patient with dementia. Thank you to Dr. Campbell! Perfect timing as we are getting ready to open our Secure Memory Care Unit.
