Behind every visit, message, and milestone… there’s intention.

Yuli MD wasn’t built to be a high-volume pediatric office. It was built to feel different. To create space for longer conversations. To prioritize access. To allow real follow-up. To give families peace of mind.

Direct Primary Care means we design systems around families — not the other way around.

Because this practice is more than appointments. It’s a partnership.

Because sometimes you just need a minute.

This moment wasn’t scheduled. It wasn’t part of the formal visit. Mom needed a second to get one little safely into the car — so Dr. Yuli held the other.

That’s what direct access really means.

It means your pediatrician understands real life. It means flexibility. It means care that extends beyond the exam table. It means knowing your family well enough that moments like this feel natural, NOT rushed.

At Yuli MD, membership is built on relationship-based medicine, continuity, and presence. Not portals. Not middlemen. Just real access to your doctor when it matters.

If you’ve ever wanted pediatric care that feels more personal and less transactional — this is it. Want to learn more about our membership? Schedule your free meet and greet today. Use the link in our bio.

Happy Valentine’s Day from all of us at Yuli MD 🤍

Today, we’re celebrating the families who trust us with their children, their questions, their worries, and their milestones. It’s an honor to walk alongside you — through sniffles, check-ups, growth spurts, and everything in between.

Pediatrics isn’t just about medicine. It’s about relationships, reassurance, and showing up for families with patience and care. We are so grateful for this community and the love you share with us every day.

From our hearts to yours — thank you for being part of the Yuli MD family 💕

One of our families brought in homemade jam the other day 🫙🤍

It’s moments like these that remind us how meaningful the relationships are that grow through pediatric care. We’re so grateful for the kindness, trust, and sense of community our families share with us every day.

Falls from beds and couches are one of the most common calls pediatricians get — and they’re understandably scary for parents.

Most short falls result in minor bumps, especially when a child cries right away and returns to their usual behavior. What matters most isn’t the fall itself, but how your child acts afterward.

Watch closely for concerning symptoms like repeated vomiting, unusual sleepiness, seizures, or difficulty waking. If you notice any of these — or if your gut says something isn’t right — reach out to your pediatrician or seek care.

You didn’t fail. This happens. And when parents have clear guidance, they can respond calmly and confidently 🤍

Last week on Run Mom Run, we sat down with Professor Harry Redinger—master practitioner, author, and teacher—for a powerful conversation on emotional intelligence, personality types, and how early life experiences shape who we become as adults.

This episode invites parents to reflect, understand themselves more deeply, and consider how awareness and intention can influence both personal growth and the way we raise our children.

January doesn’t need a full reset — especially for families. Instead of trying to fix everything at once, focus on small, realistic steps that support your child’s nervous system and your own.

Start by choosing one routine to reset, often sleep. A consistent bedtime — even if it’s not perfect — helps kids regulate faster than strict rules. Anchor the day with one predictable meal, and build in brief outdoor time whenever possible. These small signals tell a child’s body, “We’re safe. We’re steady.”

Lower expectations for yourself this month. Wellness is built through repetition, not pressure. Gentle resets create lasting routines — and calmer households.

Today’s unexpected moment at the front desk 😂
One of our patients spotted Maria’s .usa on her computer and was very shocked… and very excited. Like, stopped-everything-to-tell-mom excited 😅 🤭

The tiny detail that caught everyone’s attention? Their little backsides were showing 🙈
So naturally, we improvised — sticky notes to the rescue. Problem solved. Curiosity contained. Front desk operations resumed 📝🪽

At Yuli MD, moments like these remind us why we’re so patient- and family-focused. We love creating a space where kids feel comfortable, curious, and happy to be here 🤍
Now we’re curious…

👉 Would your kid notice this? Or would you? 😂
