Do you eat breakfast? Yay or Nay? 🤗🍽️🍎🍇🍓🍒🍉🥚
Some interesting facts about breakfast... Research shows that skipping breakfast has a connection with increased risk for weight gain, Type 2 diabetes or metabolic syndrome. A simple solution is adding breakfast to the morning routine. Why? Because it helps regulate blood sugar, not just in the morning but though out the day. What to eat?
Balance your meals with other good foods than just carbohydrates (bread,cereal, oatmeal).
Example: 🍽️
Protein: eggs, protein powder in a smoothie
Fat: avocado, olive oil when cooking
Carbs: oatmeal, fruits, greens
*Fiber: found in Fruits, veggies, oatmeal
