It points to a broader view of psychological life, understanding therapy as a space where people seek coherence, dignity, and transformation within the context of their lived realities. In doing so, the research invites us to reconsider what constitutes evidence, what counts as change, and whose experiences are considered legitimate in defining the aims of care.”
