You’ll want to tune into this! 👂 If you’re concerned about your dog’s digestive health, or your vet has recommended an endoscopy, you’ll likely have questions. ❓

An endoscopy is a minimally invasive procedure that uses a flexible tube with a tiny camera to examine your pet’s internal organs. These are usually done to remove something foreign, because of persistent digestive problems, or unexplained weigh loss.

The procedure is quick (30-60 minutes) and recovery is usually about a week maximum. It’s important to properly care for your dog post-procedure.

Meet Wesley Jones! 👋 He’s a Veterinary Technician who celebrated his 5 year anniversary at Petsadena last Sept 🎉. While he doesn’t have any pets of his own, he mooches off of coworker pets when they go on vacation! 🙌 A very fun fact about Wesley is that while finding out he can hold his breath for over 1 minute, he discovered his favorite animal is the praying mantis shrimp.
