🌟 New for 2025–2026: Insight Collective Workshops for Kids (Ages 8–11)! 🌟

Looking for something engaging and enriching for your child on Saturdays or SPUSD school closure days? Our workshops blend fun and learning, giving kids the chance to explore, create, and build confidence in a supportive environment.

What makes our workshops different?
✅ Neuropsychologically informed design – every activity strengthens executive functioning, self-regulation, and problem-solving skills
✅ Hands-on, engaging themes – art, STEM, movement, collaborative projects, and creative challenges
✅ Encouraging, low-pressure environment – kids are free to take risks, try new things, and grow

Big congrats to our postdoc fellow, Dr. Becca Bergmann, who recently presented at the AACN Conference in Chicago! 🎤🧠

Her talk, “Understanding S*x and Gender Differences in Neurodevelopmental Disorders,” explored how diagnostic tools often miss females and gender-diverse individuals, leading to underdiagnosis and late identification.

Becca dove into the latest research on the “female protective effect,” the female autism phenotype, and why a s*x- and gender-informed approach to assessment matters more than ever.

We’re so proud of Dr. Bergmann for bringing these important conversations to the clinical neuropsychology community.

Expressing Ourselves Through Art — a unique summer camp where children explore emotions, identity, music, nature, and mindfulness through hands-on art and movement.

Ages 5–8: 9 AM–12 PM
Ages 9–12: 12:30–3:30 PM

Week 2: July 14–18

$300 per week

Led by our talented facilitator Taylor Lockard, this small-group camp helps kids build confidence, creativity, and self-awareness in a fun and nurturing environment.

🧠🐾 Help Your Child Cope with Anxiety — Join Our Summer Coping Cat Group!

Is your 8–12-year-old struggling with anxiety, social worries, separation fears, or daily stress? Insight Collective is offering a supportive, skills-based group just for them!

Our Coping Cat Anxiety Group uses evidence-based cognitive-behavioral strategies to help kids understand and manage their anxious thoughts and feelings, all in a fun and encouraging environment.

📆 Wednesday evenings this summer (start date TBD)
🧒 Ages 8–12
💬 12 sessions total (10 child, 2 parent) + 1 private intake
