Reflecting on this past year:

Almost everyone that I know (both personally and professionally) has gone through some of the most challenging experiences of their lives in 2023. Difficult as it has been, we have all risen to the occasion. If we are here, breathing, we have made it. 💫❤️

Yes, we are bruised and worn out. I, personally, have felt like I’ve been washed ashore after a massive storm. I lift my head from the sand and smile. You are here. We made it. We can do this. Together.

My feeling is this:
This next year won’t be easy, but I think we’ve stopped expecting that. What I do feel coming is a surge of energy, life force, expansion, joy and renewal. 💫✨

I have a sense of
“this is it. It’s time”
I feel the hard, arduous work paying off. I think we will see things coming more into focus this coming year. The path will become more clear, we will be able to refine what is important to us and set goals and intentions in accordance.

Individually, and as a whole, we have put a lot of effort into our own growth. The folks I’ve been journeying with have put all of their muscle (physically, emotionally, spiritually) into understanding themselves and how to show up for the good of the collective.

I believe wonderful things are coming. I believe this because I’ve seen it and experienced it. Not in the absence of challenge and pain, but by facing it with gentleness, curiosity and an unwavering belief in the power of love.

We finally got the star up on our tree last night and I thought it important to share with you guys. 😂🌟 I love it so much. It captures everything about our lives right now. The tree is crooked and it’s been that way the entire time it’s been up. No one cares. We didn’t have a proper star but this weird balloon thing came into our possession and it was obviously meant for the top of the tree. 😂🌟 We are not perfectionists over here, the three of us, we are bumbling along, in fact. It’s been quite a year. Lots of crying. Lots of laughing. Lots and lots of firsts. Lots of growing and learning. Lots of winging it. We are letting magic and love in where the hurt is. We open our hearts even more when we are in pain because that is what soothes it. And I threw in the funny picture of my sister and I to prove that I actually do go out sometimes! lol! Happy holidays, everyone . I hope you embrace your own version of your crooked tree with the balloon star on top. 🥰🌟✨💫❤️

This is the best way I can summarize my work with my clients. We are human travelers whose paths are interconnected for a season, however long that may be. My work is absolutely soul to soul. Human to human. I do not have the answers but I am comfortable traveling difficult terrain and helping others find their own answers. It’s a great honor, actually, to be trusted so deeply. One thing I can promise is this, you get my full, authentic self every time I show up to session. That is not something I take lightly. I actually work very hard in order to be able to do that. It is SO worth it. 🌟✨💫❤️

Because I am not going to get these out to everyone this year, here is my holiday card. I absolutely loved everything about this one. It’s so calm, peaceful and loving. That’s my wish for all of us this holiday season and in the coming year. I know it’s been a rough one for many of us, but we made it. It’s the little gestures that go a long way. You never know how much a simple kind text can mean on a difficult day or dropping off a bundle of brightly colored flowers unexpectedly. Thank you, , for being such a gentle and sweet soul. It makes a huge difference. I try very hard to show up in a kind and compassionate way for others. Sometimes I achieve that goal. Sometimes I miss the mark. We may not realize that at times, our small gestures are the very things that are carrying someone through the day right now. Here’s to all of us, doing our best to lift each other up. 🙏🏼❤️❤️‍🩹❤️✨💫 it’s how it’s done. All my love to you all. Always. ❤️

Happy Halloween out there! This year, I am a warrior princess. It felt very fitting. Not all the time, of course. But, when I’m at my best, that’s how I feel. Even when I’m not at my “best” the mere fact that I show up authentically means I am a warrior. We are all brave warriors of our own unique paths and challenges. Journey on, fellow travelers. Sent over from my personal trainer and oh man is this SPOT ON, guys!!! As a psychotherapist and fellow traveler doing the deep work right along side you, I can say that this holds true in life! Keep showing up! It doesn’t get easier but we get stronger! We’ve got this!
