NeuroSport is a boutique physical therapy practice in South Pasadena specializing in neurologic and orthopedic/sports conditions. We met hiking Mt.

Unparalleled care, delivered through one-on-one individualized treatment sessions. Jason and Nicole Cozby co-founded NeuroSport Physical Therapy with a drive to provide quality care for individuals with either neurologic and/or orthopedic conditions. We received our doctoral degrees from the country's top-rated physical therapy program at USC, where Jason went on to complete post graduate Orthoped

ic Clinical Specialist studies and teach as an adjunct faculty member. Nicole treated patients at the nationally-recognized Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, dealing with a broad range of neurological and brain injury patients. As a small, family-owned practice, our focus is on quality. Whitney and enjoy being active with our two young children. We understand the importance of being able to do whatever it is that you love! Our goal is to help you to do that again.

A proud Torrance native, Noah graduated Magna Cum Laude from UCLA and went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy from USC. 🐻➡️✌️

Noah is passionate about helping people move better and feel their best—whether recovering from an injury, managing a neurologic condition, or just getting back to the activities they love. 💪🧠🦵
Fun fact: When he’s not in the clinic, Noah is also a professional percussionist! 🥁

We have a family who wants to donate these recently purchased items! The wheelchair is not custom and was only used 5 times. The lift was never used.I have the Amazon links from the family if interested. Priority to someone who lost equipment in the fire but really anyone who could use it 💙

I know so many are still grieving and processing the fires over the past two and a half weeks. This was from our living room right before evacuation as I held the kids on the couch. There is still so much worry in the air and so many members of our community have been impacted. It is sometimes hard to know the best way to help.

NeuroSport is truly one big family. We were comforted by all of the outreach during the fires to check on the safety of our team and families. If there is anything NeuroSport can do to help you and your family, please reach out or email us and we will do our best to help quietly 🤍

NeuroSport Physical Therapy will be closed temporarily due to the fires. We plan to reopen on Monday, January 13th, 2025. Our hearts are heavy during this difficult time. We are trying to manage the phone lines so please reach out if you have any questions.
