Chocolate and Coconut Protein Fudge
Serves: 12
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: N/A

Ingredients:
3 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate
15 g cocoa powder
60 g coconut oil
60 g full-fat coconut milk
60 g raisins
1 tbsp dessicated coconut

Method:
Combine the Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate, cocoa powder, coconut oil, full-fat coconut milk and raisins in to a food processor and blend until smooth.

Line a small baking dish with cling film and transfer the mixture to the dish, smoothing down to create an even layer. Sprinkled with dessicated coconut and transfer to the freezer to set for 30 minutes before slicing.

Carbohydrate - 5.88 g
Sugars - 4.19 g
Fibre - 1.30 g
Protein - 1.72 g

Protein Banana Cream and Chocolate Microwave Mug Cake
Serves: 1
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 1 ½ minutes

Ingredients:
2 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Banana Cream
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
25ml almond milk
1 egg
10g chocolate chips

Method:
Mix all ingredients together in a mug or microwave safe bowl. Place in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, or until the cake has risen. Allow to cool slightly, then eat.

Spiced Apple Protein Muffins

Serves: 9 Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
2 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Spiced Apple
100 g rolled oats
60 g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
30 g dried apple, chopped
2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flaxseed mixed with 1 tbsp water and set aside to thicken)
200 ml almond milk
1 tbsp agave nectar
½ tsp vanilla essence

Method:
Preheat your oven to 180 C.
Combine the Herbalife Formula 1 Spiced Apple, oats, flour, baking powder & dried apple. Add the flax eggs, almond milk, agave nectar, and vanilla essence and mix until combined.

Line a muffin tray with 9 cupcake cases and divide the mixture between each case. Transfer to the oven and back for 15 minutes, or until golden.
