Hey What’s up, everyone! What a fun-filled weekend with community in our Hope Safety Peace Workshop.
What are some insights that I wanted to share this morning?
Health Improvement is Gradual
I frequently remind patients who are trying to work on a health issue to remember themselves 1 month ago, 6 months ago, 1 year ago, 5 years ago. When you take yourself and compare yourself for a larger chunk of time, you can really see the WOW factor of transformation. What Outstanding Work you have contributed to your health is a gradual attainment. Breathe in how nourished your body feels right now to experience this WOW factor unfold today upon your exhale.
—Some given factors then is to: Be patient with yourself, Don’t be afraid that your step today is too small, Be open to restfulness, Let go!
Utilize Health Modalities to Speed You Along Your Health
To me its like the mushroom that transforms 8-bit mini-Mario into Mario-faster, larger, and more resilient. Some of you reading this, I know are already taking the steps towards self-care and alignment with your Highest self. I felt that also in the workshop this weekend when I saw the insights that participants’ shared. When you come for qi healing, when you practice tai chi, when you take herbs, when you receive acupuncture, when you participate in different healing modalities, you are receiving an extra boost to make the work that you are already doing accelerate. Things don’t always have to accelerate, however, why not receive an extra boost here and there and make it easier on yourself. You will thank yourself later.
