Today we had a little Valentine’s Day party for our residents and they enjoyed every minute of it especially the sweet treats and all of their visitors.

Caring for someone with a serious illness comes with a lot of responsibility, and you do not have to carry it alone.

We are proud to spotlight Palliative Pathways™, our newly trademarked program designed to support patients and caregivers who may not be ready for hospice (emotionally or medically) or who have been discharged from hospice.

Palliative Pathways offers education, guidance, and connections to community resources, along with ongoing support as needs change. Anyone can make a referral, including providers, facilities, family members, or the individual.

Support for today, with planning for tomorrow.
