Qualifications:

- Candidate has to possess current RN license state of NJ; preferable with experience in Adult Day Care or Nursing Home or Home Care.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with others within the office and with the public.
- Must be of good moral character, have a pleasing personality, and be able to follow verbal and written instructions, as well as give verbal and written instructions to staff in an organized and appropriate manner

Responsibilities:

- The RN will be responsible for the admissions process, care plans, quarterly review, staff and client in-services, as well as other duties as assigned.
- Follow up with clients regarding doctor visits, laboratory analysis results, etc.
- Document and implement changes with client medical plans or care services.
- Complete quarterly progress reports on the assigned caseload of clients
- Maintain a cooperative and productive working relationship intra-departmentally as well as inter-departmentally
