This McKnight's feature is a beautiful reminder that joy, connection, and belonging have no age limit and that when we celebrate who our residents are, we elevate the entire care experience.

A recent event brought a musical group, the Care Chords, to AristaCare at Cedar Oaks for a celebration of Holi. It was a packed house with nearly 100 residents and their families in attendance, perfect for singing along to live Bollywood music.

March is National Social Work Month — and at AristaCare, that means taking a moment to celebrate the teammates who make every transition smoother, every family feel supported, and every resident feel truly cared for. ♥️

Our social workers are the bridge between clinical care and genuine human connection. They show up for our residents and their families during some of the most overwhelming moments of their lives — answering hard questions, navigating complex transitions, and making sure no one ever feels alone in the process.

That dedication extends beyond our buildings. To our community partners and to the social workers within our hospital networks who trust us with their patients — you are an essential part of the care we provide, and we are deeply grateful.

In honor of Employee Appreciation Day, we treated our amazing team to an Italian-themed luncheon to say thank you for all the care, compassion, and hard work they bring every day. From pasta to good company, it was a great way to celebrate the people who make Cedar Oaks such a special place.
