Necco Foster Care Necco South Point provides community based services for at-risk children & their families.

Necco provides services related to the welfare of children in need of loving, stable and supportive families. We do this through adoption, foster care, independent living, supported living, community rehabilitation, residential living, mental health counseling and related support services. Necco operates in Georgia, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia and Indiana and serves children age birth to 21.

Finally!!! It’s Adoption Day

For these two young sisters, who have spent more than 1000 days in care, today marks the day they no longer need to count days. They are finally home. Other family with current and former Necco case managers, all came to support, congratulate, and celebrate the homecoming of these beautiful girls. This makes 3 children the Morgan’s have adopted.
