Come after school ages 16+, teachers, bring your group & do some team building, feel refreshed 🍃

This class will be gentle, assisted a little or a lot, and may be hip height or lower for a broad aerial yoga experience
It's an intro but anyone is welcome, even with experience, if you like an easygoing class & the time fits your schedule

Leaping Waters is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, they make you feel comfortable and confident in every class. The aerial yoga experience here is unlike anything else—fun, challenging, and deeply relaxing. The studio itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed to create a sense of peace. I always leave feeling grounded and inspired. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore aerial yoga in South Portland!
