June 1, 2025 - one year ago today,
Marie was last able to come to the shop. What we did not know then was that it would be her last day in the shop.
As we experience the upcoming one year anniversary of this precious lady's last breath (on June 17), we are slowly bouncing back - as she would insist on happening.
We all love and miss you, Marie! ❤️💔❤️

Exactly 1 month ago today, co-owner Marie peacefully breathed her last breath in her co-owner husband Mark's arms, at 7:22am ET on Monday, June 17, 2024. In the coming weeks, our shop will eventually return back to normal hours. We all thank you for your compassion throughout this year and coming weeks.
To further honor this woman who is so beloved by so many, many people, customers, vendors, friends, and family, here is formal SLIDESHOW in tribute.

She WANTED people to see how loved IN ACTION that she was. (Anyone thinking less-than-negative thoughts are not understanding Marie or what SHE WANTED at all.) Marie showed us how to love! And she was soooo loved indeed!

She breathed her last breath peacefully in my arms at home at 7:22am Monday, June 17, 2024. Her funeral begins at noon on Saturday, June 29th, at 50 Temple St in Old Orchard Beach, Maine.
