Meditation with Motion

Meditation with Motion Using Yoga and Meditation to calm body and mind, and to better manage emotions. Deb Moulton has been an RN for over 30 years.

Being an ICU and ER nurse, she has worked in high stress environments for the entirety of her career. She has seen patients and colleagues alike struggle with the physical and emotional challenges that come with trauma of all kinds. In the past 15 years, Deb has used yoga to help her deal with the anxiety and stress that her job, and life in general, caused. She found it to be healing and calming. Deb decided to take it to the next level and spread the love. She became a certified Yoga Instructor in a 200 hour course at Jacqui Bonwell's Sacred Seeds Yoga School, and continued her training in a 100 hour certification course from Kate Graham's Soulful Yoga Therapy School, focusing on Yoga for emotional health. She teaches classes for employees at Mercy Hospital, where she works as a nurse, to help them better cope with the stress of their jobs. You can find her at her new space in South Portland Maine. She does appointments by calling for the most resent schedule and private sessions for those that need or prefer the one-on-one experience .

This little guy is my compass to the subjectivity of perfect. With one ear up and one ear down , He did not qualify for breeding or show. He now lives a life of fun and adventure. He loves the Kayak , the Paddle board , sailing and the beach. He does however always have to have his life jacket on to leave the dock.

If I had one thing today to my Children and Step Children It would be…
There are times life is going to bring you to your knees. You are so SMART, so STRONG and amazingly RESILIENT. These are gifts of unmeasurable value. Use them . Take a moment to step back and draw into these natural qualities and skills. Nurture and develop them over time . Don’t waste them. It is rare to have access to all three . Develop these gifts and when you need them , they will be there to help you move forward. It is virtually impossible to live a life without un measurable loss, grief and disappointment. I have observed each one of you run into life and witnessed you win your battles and rebounded from your losses in your own unique way. I love you all for the individuals you are and believe in you every day.
