Gloria has been rushed to Ontario Veterinary College (OVC) for urgent evaluation. She's been rapidly losing weight and we are so worried about her declining health.
With our aging population and with many of our residents like April, her son Brindle, Nancy, and Denver receiving treatment for arthritis, and several other residents needing medical care, our Bear Care Fund has been depleted. And now Gloria's emergency bill will soon come due.
We are in dire need of your support. We need to raise at least $15,000 to ensure that we can continue to provide the level of care our residents deserve. 🔴🔴 URGENT FOSTER NEEDED_ PLEASE SHARE _ Paralyzed dog needs a foster TODAY 🔴🔴

This gorgeous girl is Misty, a 5 years old, 23 pound Frenchie who needs a foster ASAP. She is paralyzed in her rear legs due to a suspected untreated trauma to her spine.

She will need a few vet visits and likely a couple with a specialist. If the damage is not repairable, she'll need to be fitted for a cart.

If you can foster, please fill out an application as soon as possible.

Hello, everybody.

There’s no easy way to say this, but the day we all wished would never come has arrived. Esther has passed away. She was calm and peaceful, and fell asleep with her dad Steve by her side.

While we understand many of you will have questions, and we will have the answers for you , but we are going to take a little break to process the situation.

Even though Esther is no longer physically with us, her memory and legacy will live forever. Esther is immortal, and we will continue to show the world that all animals deserve to be loved just like she was.

Sending love and happy thoughts to each and every one of you. We know you all loved her just as much as we did, and we thank you for that.

One of my favorite pictures of our beloved Esther the Wonder Pig , because she is a ray of light in all of our lives. Just think what she has accomplished, look at the platform she stands on. Her influence and presence in this world has changed multiple lives,saved multiple lives.
I encourage you to post something positive and send her out some love during this difficult time. I'm sure she doesn't get to see everything if she gets to see anything at all.
BUT I know what I'm sending out into the universe, I KNOW that she is loved to the moon and back 1,000 times and more.
